Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 July 2026

Exhale is a wellness sub-brand of Roy Events. This page explains what data we collect through exhalekit.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. Exhale is currently pre-launch - if anything here changes as we grow, we'll update this page.

Who we are

Exhale, a Roy Events company. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@exhalekit.com.

What we collect

We only collect data you choose to give us, through two forms:

Cookies

We keep this simple. Exhalekit.com currently uses only one thing stored in your browser: a note of whether you've accepted or declined cookies, so we don't ask you again on every visit. This is stored locally in your browser (not a tracking cookie) and isn't shared with anyone.

We don't currently run any analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies on this site. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent again before anything new is switched on.

How we use your data

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the services that help us run the site and fulfil orders:

We don't share your data with anyone else, and we don't sell it to third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep sample request and order data only as long as needed to fulfil your request or order, respond to related enquiries, and meet basic accounting and legal record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to:

To make a request, email hello@exhalekit.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you think we've mishandled your data.

Children

Exhale is a B2B product for workplaces and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data - for example, if we introduce analytics cookies in future - we'll update this page and, where required, ask for your consent again.
